Crashed Windows - Impression 2 - Personal Presets Recovery from Database?

Impression 2, Mac OS Sierra

Actually I would think that after a couple of months whatever issues there are with Impressions/Sierra would have been addressed.

I've downgraded for the time being but have wasted several hours attempting to address the issue. The experience has left me wondering if a commitment to Topaz products is a wise decision.

Trouble running Simplify 4 plugin with Windows 10

Denoise interface 4K Monitor issues

Missing presets in the newly completed maintenance download notice?

I followed the instructions above and reinstalled the 3 products from the Download Page.

I was able to login to the community for all 3 programs and any of My Saved Presets or Favorite Presets remained intact and carried over for Glow2 and Texture Effects2.

The only program that My Saved Presets were NOT carried over and are missing is with the Impression2 download? I had many Saved Presets that I use often and now they are gone? I have had this same issue when updating Impression2 in the past with missing My Saved presets. Has any other member found this same issue and I would like to hear from one of the Topaz Team members why this keeps happening?

Is there a way to get them back or save them somehow in the future when a new update comes out for any product to avoid this from reoccurring? This is very frustrating to say the least.

I use a Mac (El Capitan) and PS CS6. I posted this last night and could not find my post anywhere today, if a Team member or moderator is deleting my post I would like to at least have an explanation as to why?

Confusion over Local vs Community

Logging Into Community

Should I keep old versions installed?

Panel Text Size On UHD Monitor

And another issue with the UHD is that the zoom option "Fit" does not fit the image to the full space. It is scaled to some smaller portion of the available space.

In addition, the presets grid display does not scale for the monitor either. Same number of presets are displayed as for a standard monitor albeit small images in larger cells.

The UHD monitor is, admittedly, fairly new for me. Am I missing something in dealing with this issue?

Many Topaz plugins stopped working: Texture, Impression, Glow, etc

Originally, I thought maybe my latest Creative Cloud update did something, as these plugins worked fine a few days ago. But the fact that they won't work even when standalone really puzzles me.

Other plugins like Simplify and Adjust won't even load!

Anybody else experience these problems?

Topaz Simplify not applying the filter/ effects that I'm working with

Impressions but may apply to other products too

Question is.............how do I tell which filter Impressions applied when it opened? I don't want to go back and try to figure out what the first filter was. Sometimes I can never satisfy myself with my final results after seeing my first "Impression". (pun intended)
