Impression 2 opens below screen

Impression 2.0 - Preset Panel not showing

Submitted a ticket late March. No response.
Emailed help@topazlabs.com on March 30.
April 1 I get a canned email that suggests I check the provided URLs for "solutions to common issues".
Write back the same day that I already did that and found nothing of help.
Get email from Joe Fedric telling me to go back to version 1.0 and let him know the result.
I write back the same day saying that version 1.0 worked fine.

It is April 11 today, the day is almost over, and i have not received anything in response to my email of six days ago. Do you expect me to stay with version 1.0?

I think the advertised Topaz help TAT of 24-48hrs is a promise unfulfilled.
It is about two weeks now that I first asked for help with this problem.

Impressions 2: no presets, fix failed, login to community failed

I used the fix (https://support.topazlabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/216197647), now I have presets in the right panel, but a lot of issues more, that wasn't there before installing the fix:

I opened my image (JPG) and applying a preset shows only a white image, even the presets are showing just "white".

  • Windows 10 prof. x64
  • Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
  • 16 MB RAM
  • Using Topaz Impression 2 as standalone, but same issues, when opening them with Photoshop CS6 (v 2.0.5)
  • SSD HD
  • Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series (9CU 720SP SM5.0 700 MHz, 1 GB DDR5 4.6 GHz 128-bit)
  • OpenGL 4.3

Any idea please?

Glow 2.0.1 Nothing appearing in presets

Another ?---even though I uninstalled the old versions of glow, impression etc. they still show up in the plug-ins list when using PSE. Is there any way to remove them? :dizzy_face:

Problem with Detail 3

Preset Previews

Topaz plugin not launching from Lightroom

New impression & glow not working in PS15.5

Glow (and possibly others) don't display after rearranging monitors

If you have multiple monitors and say that you have them arranged in this order
1(primary) - 2 (secondary)
Then run Topaz Glow and associate it with monitor 2, it runs fine.
Switch the monitors
2 (secondary) - 1 (Primary)
Topaz Glow appears to run in the task bar, but is no where to be seen. That is because Topaz Glow believes that it should still be to the right of monitor 1 which is not there.
The solution:
Go back into the control Panel, rearrange the monitors to their original location and Apply
Topaz Glow will show up again. Now drag it to the monitor 1 (primary) and minimize.
Rearrange your monitors back to where you had them and Apply.
Topaz Glow now knows about monitor 1 and where it thinks Monitor 2 is.

DeNoise Layer Mask?

Cannot access DeNoise 6 from LR

Yes, I can open DeNoise from the stand alone.
