Ive been having issues using Topaz Glow on my laptop. My friend had purchased Topaz Glow online. It came in the mail in disc form a few days later. It came with Topaz cover/jacket, disc and License Key. The software was installed successfully but when I began to use the program, the entire thing would freeze, controls would become delayed, screen will go blank, display would return but controls would still be frozen/delayed. Eventually the software just crashes entirely with a "not responding" message at the top. All other Topaz products work perfectly along with my PSE10 software.
I took the laptop to a technician who updated my driver and gave me more RAM and storage. The graphics driver was also updated. Topaz Glow is still not working. What else could be the issue? Some people have voiced that the authenticity of the product could be the issue. We ordered it from B&H (bhphotovideo.com) - which is based in NY. Alternatively, I could contact B&H and tell them about this problem. But I'm not sure what they could do about it. Maybe send a new disc? Please advise.
