Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 128 GBI just purchased and downloaded Topaz Denoise. When importing a .jpg file, Topaz Labs Denoise 5, the software simply closes out. When using the plugin in Photoshop (Adobe Cloud CC 2019) it generates a message, "Contact Topaz Labs"
I have re-downloaded the software and reinstalled the program several time to no avail.
Same situation when running the plugin from Topaz Stusio.Any thoughts or ideas from users - or perhaps some technical support from Topaz Labs??
