I've used ReMask since version 3, and it just keeps getting better now with version 5. I've normally used ReMask with Photoshop CS5, but I'm making an effort to move away from Adobe products and have tried ReMask with some alternatives such as PaintShop Pro x7 and PhotoPlus x8. What I've always liked about ReMask when used with Photoshop is it's ability to create a layer mask which can be further refined within Photoshop itself. Although ReMask works with both of the alternative products above, it just takes the image and creates a cut out version on a layer based on what happened in ReMask. No similar layer mask is generated. From what I can tell, it's a similar behavior when using ReMask as a standalone. Is there any good way to recreate the ReMask-Photoshop behavior in another program?
